"We need a way to prepare for worlds that are implausible."

"Disruption is everywhere. All winners lose. The market leader is a dead man walking". So says US culture guru Grant McCracken. To ensure business survives when the game changes, McCracken suggests there needs to be a 'shadow organisation' focused on scanning for the new world through an approach to insight that is "vigilant, experimental, assumption hunting."
